...and if I remember correct it was one of the most difficult games Brazil had other than the finals v Italy. Romario was a special player (and you could argue he still is) considering his recent celebration of - by his own accounts - his 1000th goal!

Grid - One of the Brazil's player got red carded in the first half.  An elbow to an USA players face.  Blood all over.  The USA played hard but was no match for them.

I didn't remember that. I don't know if that was the case then but sometimes those South American tempers just get the better of them  :-\  Of course it is also what sometimes makes them so great and spectacular to watch.
