I am hoping to do the same. Usually they have autograph signings during the week (mostly Thursday) at various locations. This year they have Marcel Dareus from the Bills(?) coming to a Nike Store and when we played the Broncos they had a 49ers event at a school.

Here’s something we think you should know about the vast majority of the 85,000 or so people in attendance at London’s Wembley Stadium next Sunday when the Patriots take on the Rams in the league’s latest attempt to bolster its presence worldwide.

“To be honest, do the people here really know who Aaron Rodgers is? I’d say no,” London Daily Express NFL correspondent Andrew Elliott told PFW in a transcontinental phone conversation just hours after it was revealed at the fall owners’ meeting Oct. 16 in Chicago that London would be doubling its pro football pleasure with two NFL games at Wembley Stadium in 2013 — Vikings-Steelers (Sept. 29), in addition to a previously announced 49ers-Jaguars game (Oct. 27), the first of four overseas games in the next four years featuring Shahid Khan’s Jaguars.

Know who Aaron Rodgers is?   It depends on how you define that.......

We are not as used to seing the players without their uniforms and helmets over here so they could probably go largely unnoticed in public without everyone realizing who they are........except perhaps for a guy like Rodgers who I am sure would be recognized eventually. <

We don't see NFL players in commercials like the discount double check either  :P

Back in 1993 I went to Berlin to watch the Vikings play the Bills in a preseason game (after Roger Craig joined the Vikings) and the Bills and Vikings players could go around unnoticed back then. Roger Craig looked surprised when I stopped him and asked for an autograph on a poster I brought along  :)

I think it is an ignorant statement from the NFL correspondent!  >:(

As soon as tickets go on sale (no idea when that will be) I'm grabbing four. My buddy, also a Niner fan, and I will be there to Red the place up. Unfortunately we'll be bringing our girlfriends, a Bears and Seahawks fan respectively. But I'm sure we can talk them into cheering for the Niners. After all, it will be a long a swim back if they don't!

gridiron49:
Is that even possible? A relationship between a 49er and a Sea-chicken....  ;)

btw where are you coming from, madman?
