cool!  It should please all the glory hunting pats fans that have emerged over the past few seasons - I'm already hoping the Bucs will whip them! ;)

Makes sense for the Bucs to get a trip over here, what with the Glazers also owning Manchester United...  I expect to see that link get some play in the press.

Should be good though, here's hoping I can get tickets again.

I encourage everyone to try register for the game so perhaps even if we get access through someone else we might be able to help each other out!  :)

Let us also try to arrange a get-together with a few more participating in '09!

Oh man. Do I really have to spend all that money to watch the freaking Patriots! The team I hate the most in all of sports (well, except one).

This needs some serious thinking......

All good reasons.  Also:   Beer!    ;D

All four of us that came down from Scotland will be registering for tickets, so that's another few chances...  We'll do it properly and actually get a chance to meet you folks this time!

Tickets go on sale (for those lucky enough with a registry code) on Thursday 22nd of January.  the method has changed this year, there are no 1st, 2nd, 3rd rounds of ticket sales spaced out over a few months.  Theres ONE round of pre-public tickets and they're available from 22nd Jan - 25th January, then the rest go on general sale to the public from the 26th January.
For those of you able to get Club Wembley Tickets, they go on sale tomorrow (the vast majority will be left over for general Sale methinks,as per usual).
More info is available on www.nfluk.com

Club webley tix are actually available to the public NOW from ticketmaster (not just club wembly members) - just did a search on the cheapest ones (£120 each) and it comes up around block 238 which is in the end zone, in line with the sidelines.  I'm going to wait for the normal ones though (got 6 tickets to get this year!)

London, when do the "normal ones" go on sale?

I was amazed how quickly the tickets disappeared yesterday. If you didn't fill in the registration forms within 2-3 minutes the tickets were realeased and you would have to start over.  :o

the normal ones go on sale on the 22nd Grid.  As for the 2-3 minutes to fill in the forms, thats perfectly normal for Ticketmaster - they only ever let you have about that time to fill in the payment details etc, until they release the tickets back into the domain again - they do that for all gigs, shows, sporting events etc so it cant really be used as a gauge for how many people are trying to get tickets - the best gauge for that is how many minutes long the wait is for the system to come up with tickets after you put in your requirements.  I checked the site a good few hours after they went on sale and there were still enough there for me to be able to get 6 tickets together if I wanted them, but I just cant afford to fork out £120 on a ticket sadly!  Plus theres 6 of us this year - the usual 4 of us, plus my dad (he's a Pats fan - boo!  But he has followed them since the 80s when he saw a game over there, so I'll let him off, he's not a glory hunter!  He's not an avid fan, but when he heard they were playing, he was keen to come along) and I've somehow managed to persuade my girlfriend to come along too, seeing as she missed out on the game at Candlestick and Wembley last year!
no need to say it, but I'll obviously be on ticketmaster the instant they go on sale (assuming I can get a code), and if I get any spare codes I'll see if anyone on here needs one :)

I didn't know it was customary  ::) but I was surprised the two times I failed the time I was not able to get the same tickets which led me to believe there was a run for it.

Good luck in chasing down tickets 2 weeks from now  :)
